Host Hotel Update - Letter From The President

Dear Club Members:

This notice is to inform you that the Valley Plaza Inn, which was designated as the host hotel for the 2022 National, is no longer available for use. The hotel is NOT habitable. We ask you to please cancel your reservation at the Valley Plaza, and make a new reservation at one of the overflow hotels listed on SHCA.ORG under the 2022 National.

Hampton: 6701 Eastman Ave, Midland, MI 48624 989-837-4000

If you are booking at the Hampton, PLEASE do NOT press 1 for reservations. Wait on the line for the front desk to answer. The Siberian Husky Club of America room rate is $149/night. There is a one-time $75 pet fee. This is the hotel with the most rooms available.

All of our events, both daytime and evening will be held at the very nice Great Hall Banquet & Convention Center: 5121 Bay City Road, Midland MI 48624

It is 8.4 miles from the Hampton to the Great Hall, which is about a 10-minute drive. Please plan to stay all day and support our evening events.

Many individuals have worked VERY HARD to bring you this year’s National. Please be understanding of the hardships they have had to overcome, so that you can have DOUBLE THE FUN!!
