Grooming / Bathing / Handler Truck Parking

  Grooming  will be located outside the exhibit hall, under a 100’ x 60’ tent.  Power will be available, but some sharing of electrical power may be necessary, so you are also welcome to bring your personal generator, so long as it remains outside the tented area.  Please tape down any extension cords to avoid trip hazards.

 

Due to the limited space, Reserved Grooming spaces will be on a first come, first reserved basis, will be accepted only on the Event Registration form, and when accompanied by the appropriate payment.  Only one space total may be reserved.  No spaces will be held without payment and refunds will not be given for unused spaces.  Confirmation by email will be sent if a legible email address is provided on the reservation form.

 

There are only 40 premier location spaces available: there will be 20 10’ X 10’ spaces at $75 and 20 5’ X 10’ spaces at $40.  There will also be 40 free grooming spaces (5’ x 10’) available, one per person, at the back of the tented area.

 

  Please note that dogs may not be left in the grooming tent overnight.  Please also label your crates with a phone number in case of an emergency.

 

  Need to bathe your dog?  Tubs and water will be provided to bathe dogs, but; please bring your own shampoo and towels.  Please note, bathing or grooming of dogs is NOT permitted in any hotel room & hotel towels are to remain in the hotel.

 

  Have a box truck, van, or trailer you’d like to work out of?   There are 8 spaces available to larger vehicles at $25.00 for the week.  No camping will be allowed and if parking a trailer, the vehicle will need to be detached and moved to general parking.

 

Want to groom or park with your buddy?  Individuals wishing to be placed together may list each other’s name on the Event Reservation form and an effort will be made to accommodate your request, but no guarantees.
