Catalog Memorials

The Honorarium or Memorial section of the catalog is dedicated to honoring our beloved friends, both human and canine, who have or continue to share our lives. Celebrate your special dog or the person you would like to honor by completing the section on the Event Registration form.

The first two lines are $5 which may include your name and/or kennel, verbiage and one dog or one person’s name. A line is 110 characters. If you need more lines, each additional is $5.

Deadline for submission is August 5, 2022.

Catalog Advertising

Each year, the SHCA Specialty Catalog becomes a collector’s item due to the historical content of the entries and ads. Become a part of this historical record for 2022 by advertising in the Specialty Catalog. The ad rates are:

Full page - One color photo $75.00

Full page - Two color photos $90.00

Full page - One black & white photo $60.00

Full page - Two black & white photos $75.00

Half page - One color photo $50.00

Half page - One black & white photo $45.00

Quarter page - no photo $25.00

All ads must be camera ready. Electronic submission is preferred.
Scan pictures at 300 DPI, sized and cropped as desired. (Color for color ads and grayscale for B/W ads)
Create your full page ad no larger than 4.5” x 7.5”.
Use Microsoft Publisher or Microsoft Word to create electronic version of your ads. Please note that your chosen font(s) may not be available and may be changed by the printer. Submit in Publisher (*.pub), Adobe PDF (*.pdf) or *.jpeg format. Do not exceed ad size listed in point #3 above.
Make sure to follow SHCA Advertising policy and include OFA and CERF/SHOR numbers on all dogs identified in ads.
All ads are subject to acceptance, rejection or editing by SHCA, Inc.
Include a print copy of your ad with your order form and payment, or email it the Catalog Advertising Chair.
Use the Event Registration form for payment.

SHCA Advertising Policy

For all dogs identified in advertisements: OFA and CERF/SHOR numbers will be used when provided. When numbers are not provided, it will be so stated. If a non‐current CERF/SHOR number (one not from the current or previous year) is provided, it will be so stated. The only exception will be when adequate information is included with the ad to verify that the advertised Siberian is too young for OFA (two years) and/or CERF/SHOR (one year). When this occurs, it will be so stated.

Marked/Mailed

Catalogs Reserved/Marked/Mailed

We are encouraging pre‐payment for your reserved catalog to be picked up at the show. Also, you may order a marked catalog to be mailed after the show. Catalogs may be purchased at the show, but with a $5 surcharge, and supply will be limited.

$25 per reserved catalog pre‐paid picked up at the show, unmarked

$30 per catalog purchased at the show, not pre‐paid, unmarked

$45 per catalog marked and mailed

Use the Event Registration Form to pre‐order and pre‐pay for your reserved or marked catalog. Deadline is August 19, 2022.
